Yes, for email management we connect via secure OAuth, the same way Outlook mobile connects. We never store your password. You can revoke access anytime.
How do you keep my data secure?
Your data stays in your systems. We don't copy email to our servers. We use enterprise-grade encryption and sign NDAs with every client.
What does it cost?
One-time setup fee plus monthly retainer. Most contractors pay $500-2,000/month depending on services and volume. We'll give you a clear quote after a quick call.
Do I need to use specific software?
No. We work with whatever you already use. Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Dropbox, Buildertrend, spreadsheets. We adapt to your workflow.
Will you send emails on my behalf?
Only with your permission. By default we draft responses for your approval. For routine stuff like chasing COIs, we can handle it if you want.
How fast do you respond?
We aim to go through your inbox within a few hours during business days. Estimates and takeoffs are usually 1-3 days depending on project size.
What if I only need one service?
That's fine. Most clients start with one pain point and add services later. We don't force bundles.
How is this different from hiring an office manager?
